GENERAL

Earn points and rewards each time you enjoy food at your favorite Yoshinoya Japanese Kitchen. You'll earn 5 points for every $1 you spend. Exchange your points for a variety of rewards, including a Free Appetizer, Free Drink, Free Dessert, Free Regular Bowl, Free Large Bowl & Free Combo Bowl. For the best experience, download our app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for "Yoshinoya." Score a free Regular Bowl with a purchase of a drink just for signing up.

Yes, you must be a registered rewards member to participate in Yoshinoya Rewards.

All Yoshinoya locations except for one location, Yoshinoya UCSB, participate in the Yoshinoya Rewards Program. All participating stores are listed under the Locations tab in the Yoshinoya app and online ordering site.

Yes, everyone 13 years or older can be a rewards member.

You are not required to join Yoshinoya Rewards via your Facebook account. You can also sign up with your email and create an account.

The only information we will have access to is your public information and the email address associated with your Facebook account.

No, this rewards program is completely free to you. It's our way of saying thank you for being a loyal guest.

This is needed to locate the closest Yoshinoya.

EARNING POINTS

If you order online or through the Yoshinoya app, while logged into your rewards account, you will automatically receive 5 points for every $1 spent pre-tax from that purchase.

1. If you are making a purchase in a restaurant, simply open your app to the "Earn Points" tab and scan the QR code at the cashier.
2. If the restaurant does not have a scanner or if you forgot to scan your mobile app, you can take a picture of the barcode at the bottom of your receipt through the "Earn Points" tab if you've allowed access to your camera, or you can enter in the barcode numbers manually to redeem your points. Please note that points can only be added to your account within 24 hours of your purchase.
3. If you ordered online and are logged into your rewards account, your points will automatically be added to your account.

You can check your account balance by opening the app to the "Rewards" tab to see your current total.

Yes. If your account is inactive and you have not made a purchase using your rewards account within one year, your rewards and points will all expire. The terms and conditions listed on your specific rewards show expiration dates.

If you made a purchase within 24 hours of enrollment you can get the points for that purchase. Any purchases more than 24 hours before enrollment are not eligible.

To refer a friend, please share your invitation code with them to enter when they download the Yoshinoya App. You can find this code by going into your User Profile under "Invite Friends." After they make a purchase with their Yoshinoya account, we'll give you 25 points. Hooray!

REDEEMING REWARD

Rewards can be redeemed at participating Yoshinoya Restaurants or online

1. If redeeming in-store, open the app to the "Rewards" tab.
2. Select the offer on your app and click "Redeem." Scan the QR code at the cashier or let them know the unique code.
3. If you've left your phone at home, do not have a smartphone or are having issues accessing your account, please tell our team member either your phone number or email address. You'll still be able to redeem a reward.
4. If you're placing an order through the app or online, rewards can be added at checkout.

If you received or earned a reward, you will receive a push notification through the app and/or an email, depending on what you have subscribed to. You will also see the reward appear in the "Offers" section of the mobile app.

Yes! You will receive a special offer from all of us at Yoshinoya on your birthday. Birthday rewards are automatically issued to guests on their birthday if they have also inputted their birthday date in their profile. Please make sure to update your birthday information in your profile to receive this offer. If you have followed all of the steps above and still have not received your birthday offer, please contact us at: customerservice@yoshinoyaamerica.com

If you joined Yoshinoya Rewards during your birthday month, you will still receive your reward.

Unfortunately, we are unable to credit any unused rewards.

OTHER

Each guest can only have one Yoshinoya Rewards account. If Yoshinoya discovers abuse of the program by our fraud prevention mechanisms, Yoshinoya reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts and is not responsible for rewards or points pertaining to the suspended or deleted accounts.
