How we will verify that it is really you submitting the request:

When you submit a Right to Know, Right to Access, or Right to Delete consumer request through one of the methods provided above, we will ask you to provide some information in order to verify your identity and respond to your request. Specifically, we will ask you to verify information that can be used to link your identity to particular records in our possession, which depends on the nature of your relationship and interaction with us. For example, we may need you to provide your name, address, email, phone number, last 4 digits of your SSN and your date of birth.

Responding to your Right to Know, Right to Access, and Right to Delete requests

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 45 days or 90 days total from the date we receive your request), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. How to authorize an agent to act on your behalf

You can authorize someone else as an Authorized Agent who can submit a consumer request on your behalf. To do so, you must either (a) execute a valid, verifiable, and notarized Power of Attorney or (b) provide other written authorization that we can then verify. When we receive a consumer request submitted on your behalf by an Authorized Agent, that person will be asked to provide written proof that they have your permission to act on your behalf, and we will also contact you and ask you for information to verify your own identity directly with us and not through your Authorized Agent.

Notice of financial incentive

The Bowler Club and Yoshinoya Rewards offers financial incentives to Bowler Club and Yoshinoya Rewards members.

For the Bowler Club, you will need to complete an application form and agree to the Privacy Policy to take advantage of the Bowler Club. You may enroll online by clicking here. You may withdraw from the Bowler Club at any time by emailing marketing@yoshinoyaamerica.com. Bowler Club members receive news, offers, and a gift on their birthday. In addition, from time to time, we may offer additional promotions and discounts to Bowler Club members.

For Yoshinoya Rewards, you will need to download our app or sign-up online and agree to the Yoshinoya America Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy to take advantage of Yoshinoya Rewards. You may download our app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Links to the app at both stores are available online by clicking here You can also sign-up online here. You may withdraw from Yoshinoya Rewards at any time by e-mailing marketing@yoshinoyaamerica.com.

When you sign up for the Bowler Club or Yoshinoya Rewards, you allow us to collect and retain personal information about you. This personal information may include the categories of personal information listed in our Privacy Policy, including personal identifiers and commercial transactional history for Yoshinoya Rewards members as a thank you for our guests’ patronage.

Yoshinoya Rewards members earn 5 points for every $1 spent (each point = $0.20) and a gift on their birthday.

  • 200 points = free drink or dessert (~$0.11 value per point redeemed).
  • 300 points = free appetizer (~$0.14 value per point redeemed).
  • 400 points = free regular bowl (~$0.16 value per point redeemed).
  • 500 points = free large bowl (~$0.16 value per point redeemed).
